Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
2 cups almond butter
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup GF flour
1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Line 9× 13 pan with parchment paper
Stir all ingredients together to form a batter then smooth the batter into the pan
If desired, put more chocolate chips on top
Bake 15-20 minutes on the center rack (they’ll look way underdone so let them cool for at least an hour where they'll firm up and they’ll firm up more overnight if covered loosely on the counter)
