Sexy Zesty Tacos

(makes two tacos)


  • 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

  • olive oil spray (to coat pan)

  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 2 mini Siete GF Cassava Tortillas

  • 1 slice of Violife Smoked Provolone DF Cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder

  • Optional: cashew queso


  1. Add the chicken, garlic, lemon, and spices to a zip-seal bag and shake to combine

  2. Heat a large pan to medium-high heat. Cook chicken on both sides until fully cooked and chop into small pieces

  3. Heat tortillas up on the stovetop on medium-high for 15-20 seconds on each side, then return to a seperate plate, keeping stove on

  4. Coat bottom of tortillas first with queso (optional), add then chicken, lettuce, pico de gallo, and 1/2 cheese slice into each

  5. Return folded tacos back to stovetop on medium heat and cook on each side for approx 2 min

  6. Once golden brown, take tortillas off stove and place upright to cool (placing upright prevents them from getting soggy and keeps them crispy)

  7. Enjoy!
