Soy-Free Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients

For sautéeing shrimp:

  • 1 lb. shrimp

  • sprinkle of ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp fresh parsley

  • 1/2 tsp paprika


For stir fry:

  • 1 tsp avocado oil (to coat pan)

  • 4 cups stir fry veggies

  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder

  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions 

  1. With stove on medium heat, combine all of the ingredients needed to sauté the shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink (3-4 min)

  2. On a seperate skillet, add veggies, garlic, ginger powder, coconut aminos and honey on medium heat and stir

  3. Combine the two into one pan and let simmer for 3-5 mins

  4. Enjoy!
