Ingredients
For sautéeing shrimp:
1 lb. shrimp
sprinkle of ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
For stir fry:
1 tsp avocado oil (to coat pan)
4 cups stir fry veggies
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
With stove on medium heat, combine all of the ingredients needed to sauté the shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink (3-4 min)
On a seperate skillet, add veggies, garlic, ginger powder, coconut aminos and honey on medium heat and stir
Combine the two into one pan and let simmer for 3-5 mins
